Today I learned a nice thing, about our thinking.! that a man's desire works through his actions. The desires hidden in his heart work to be fulfilled through his actions. I just want you to pay attention at "Our desires decides our thoughts and our thoughts decide our action.." That is the reason why A. P. J. Abdul Kalaam said, "Low aim is a crime". If you desire less, you will get less..! To achieve something you can't do, you should desire what you can't do.. If you desire very less, then you will achieve accordingly. If one desire to get a job of 10K per month after his graduation then may be he will achieve a job less than 10K but then while doing his job he will regret himself about how others from his class are getting over paid!! But still he is getting his 10K..!
So, I personally recommend you to desire what you want but it should be higher than what you can actually achieve.!
Another thing which I think very important is, about human nature. We all are human beings. We daily sleep then clean ourselves then have our lunch then do our job, get paid for that job then we return to our home then have dinner and then sleep. If you see here curiously you will definitely find that how selfish we are...! Every animal on this planet is selfish, every living being is selfish, it only lives for its own sake. But exceptionally humans are different. "We have brains and we know we have it" I remember here a story of a tiger cub, which can elaborate this quote for you... So let's start the story.... !
*There was a jungle near a small village. A Tigress gave birth to five cubs, and after few hours somehow tragically she and her 4 cubs died. Now the fifth cub mistakenly enter into the village. One farmer kept him and took him to his house. The farmer had so many sheeps which he used to wander with them to graze every day. As the cub was kept by the farmer, he used to bring the tiger cub with them too. From childhood the cub started to think like sheeps, he used to eat grass, he used to wander with them, he used to play with them...! As the years passed, the cub became Tiger, a real big tiger but still he used to play with sheeps and used to eat the grass and all. Once an another tiger saw our tiger with sheeps playing and getting hurt from pet dogs, he dragged him to a lake and showed him his face in the water, he watched it and realized what he is and what he was doing...! Then he came back to the lawn where sheeps were grazing and freely roared... All sheeps started to run like hell, all dogs to whom he was used to fear ran... And farmers hid on trees.! And after that no farmer ever returned to that jungle. The reason was very simple.. They started to think that in that jungle, "There is tiger, who knows that he is the tiger. " This story tells us here that how we behave like a foolish person or we really don't use our brain while we know how we can use it. Other animals don't know that they can use their brain so they do what they need to do but we humans do know and we should use it because we know the purpose of its presence in our head. So do we really need to be a selfish animal!? Or we the human can have something extra to do for others and make their lives also too beautiful!?! Think over it...! Are we really proud of being Selfish or we are ready to become a reason for anyone's Happiness!
"Purpose is More important than Need"
Purpose...! A word which describes every action taken by the man...!! Encouragement is also causes for a man's action, a writer writes or a artist paints or a photographer catches something in camera but still he will do it again and again only if someone encourage him to do so. If someone say me, "you are a fabulous writer keep it up." the definitely i will write something new but apparently if someone say to me that I am not w good writer then i will not write any word again.
Our brain have two parts one is neocortex and another is limbic brain. Neocortex understands language but limbic brain doesn't understand languages, it only communicate with help of our feelings, trust, loyalty so when someone says something which touches to your loyalty or trust, it directly communicate to your limbic brain. This principle is also very helpful to inspire people to take action as you want. Because Limbic brain is responsible for our decision making..! So If you want to control other people's actions then you have to communicate with their limbic brain directly. To explain this concept! There is a principle know as 'the golden circle'. the golden circle have three parts as WHAT, HOW and WHY. All of us always know WHAT we are doing? Many of us even know HOW they are doing it?! But still most of us don't know WHY they are doing it? If you think you are doing your job or task for money then it's wrong. Money is not purpose, it is need and t is the result of your work. Purpose will tell you cause of your work. When wright brothers were preparing for their first flight, there were so many rich and well settled competitors for them but still wright brothers won because their goal and purpose of the goal was clear. Every other competitor was working to get money but brothers were doing to improve the living of mankind. Hence the history was made by them.
If your purpose is clear then every minute you brain will tell you to do what is necessary.
